 Hello, my name is Alejandro and I am the owner of Sound Spot Music. Sound Spot is a very comfortable and affordable music recording studio and production company. My focus is on providing an enviroment conducive to a fullfilling musical experience. I personally see it that the musicians are comfortable and that there's a stress-free enviroment during the sessions. The Studio allows for any number of tracking set ups. Some people prefer to track instruments separately for a cleaner sound. Other groups record a live performance and then overdub. I might suggest some ways of how to go about it but my philosophy is to go with whatever makes the musicians most comfortable. The live room is spacious, acoustically formidable and can fit a whole band. The microphone lines run into the control room and into a number of high end mic pres (such as Neves and Avalons). The signal is then run into an Apogee AD8000 Special Edition A/D converter and recorded in ProTools. I take a lot of pride in the artists that have worked with me. I actively help them succeed as much as I possibly can by providing them with a great album, referrals to trustworthy music service providers and putting out a word of mouth. My goal is to produce through the studio some ground breaking music and to propel the careers of everyone involved into the next level. I look foward to working on your project. |
